We want you to love your routine. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

30-day returns

Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number — we'll send a replacement or full refund, no return shipping required.

How to start a return

Email hello@levoa.co with your order number. We'll reply within 24 hours with instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
