Shipping policy
Where we ship: We currently ship to the United States and Saudi Arabia.
LÉVOA own-brand: 7–10 business days from order, United States only. Own-brand products are not currently available for delivery to Saudi Arabia.
Korean brands, United States: 10–18 business days from order.
Korean brands, Saudi Arabia: 14–24 business days from order.
Korean brand products are prepared by our partner warehouses in South Korea. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping cost: United States $8 standard, free on orders over $60. Saudi Arabia $8 flat.
Split deliveries: Orders containing both own-brand and Korean brand products ship from separate warehouses in separate packages, often several days apart, at no extra shipping cost.
Customs: Any applicable duties or VAT are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected at delivery.
Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as each parcel ships.
