Where we ship: We currently ship to the United States and Saudi Arabia, with select additional countries available at checkout.

 

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Our products are shipped from our partner fulfillment centers in South Korea.

 

Delivery time: Standard shipping typically arrives within 5-14 business days after processing, depending on your destination and customs clearance. Express options, where available, are shown at checkout.

 

Shipping rates:

Standard shipping: $8 USD

FREE standard shipping on all orders over $99 USD

Express and carrier-calculated options are available at checkout.

 

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.

 

Customs & duties: For international orders, any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Delays: Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to customs, weather, or high demand. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at hello@levoa.co and we'll help track it down.
